With the proper care, the product you purchased should provide you with years and years of beauty and pleasure. Do not use harsh chemicals or cleaners. Use only mild soapy water and dry immediately for the care of your product.
2. Do you have a Catalogue?
Our Web site will be our catalogue. This allows us to put new products on our web site much more efficiently, with out the delay of the printing process.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most products ship from the manufactures warehouse within 3 business days unless otherwise noted in the description of the product. Depending on your location, the product should arrive approximately in one week. If the article that you order should be on backorder, you will be notified by e-mail and telephone call within two business days of placing your order.
4. Can I return the product if I don't like it?
We will accept returns under certain conditions. We believe that we have described the article to the best of our ability and included a picture of the finest quality for you to review. Items that are returned will incur a 25% restocking fee for processing the return. Items that are defective will be replaced at our cost. Please do not ship anything without our authorization.
